Renovation
It depends on scope. A kitchen remodel typically runs 8-14 weeks from demo; a primary bath 6-10 weeks; a whole-home first-floor renovation 16-24 weeks. We commit to a written timeline before we start and protect it like a contract.
Most of our projects fall between $50K and $300K. Kitchen remodels typically start around $75K, primary baths around $40K, and whole-home renovations and additions around $150K. Every client gets a detailed line-item estimate before any deposit.
We do, when they're a fit. Our minimum project size is around $30K, typically a single bathroom, a small kitchen update, or a custom built-in. For projects under $30K, we usually recommend a great handyman or specialty contractor instead.
We're a design-build firm, so design, sourcing, project management, and construction are all in-house. You work with one team from the first conversation to the final walkthrough, instead of juggling a designer, a contractor, and a project manager.
Interior Design
Yes. Our design packages are standalone deliverables, you can hire your own contractor, shop the list yourself, or just enjoy a designed room without breaking any walls.
We credit the full design package fee against your renovation, so a Full Room design becomes effectively free if you book the renovation through us.
No. Every package has a fixed price for a fixed scope. The Whole-Home Design package is custom-quoted, but priced as a flat fee, never hourly.
Process & Logistics
Almost never. The exception is a whole-first-floor renovation where the kitchen and primary living areas are out of commission at once, and even then most clients stay. We set up a temporary kitchen and protect the work zones daily.
Weekly written updates with photos, a phone call when anything material changes, and a shared project tracker if you want one. Our standard: you should never have to call us first.
A final walkthrough, the punch list resolved within 14 days, and a one-year check-in we schedule before we leave. We're a phone call away long after that.
